Listing Management

Listing assistance allows agents to have a hands off listing experience. This service allows you to provide me the listing information and have me take it from there. Services under this package include: MLS input, vendor scheduling, and client communication. Once listing is live, you take it from there to close.

Escrow Management

This is a service for agents that don’t want to be completely hands off during the transaction. This package allows you to continue communication with your clients while I handle the back end of things. This service includes compliance management, opening of escrow and communication with title companies and lenders as it pertains to closing. All other necessary communication would be handled by the agent.

Transaction Coordination

This is the highest level of service Movera Realty offers. This package starts at either list or buy and allows agents to engage with clients through us. We handle absolutely all communication on files including all lender, title and agent updates and take it all the way to closing. This package also includes emails to clients regarding utility and mailing address transfers, as well as home anniversary dates and sending end of year tax documents.

Listing management fee is included in this service if starting on the listing side.
